Traucare is built in line with the GDPR, with a data processing agreement, encryption of sensitive fields (such as citizen service numbers and trauma-related notes) and hosting within the EU. The NEN 7510 standard is already the basis for our security measures, and we are actively working towards certification. You can download the data processing agreement directly from your account.

You can cancel monthly. There is no mandatory annual contract, so you are not tied to anything. After cancelling, you can always export your data.

Yes. We guide the move from your previous system through a structured import, so your client and record data comes across properly.
