1. Definitions
In these terms, "Service" means the Traucare EHR platform, and "Customer" means the practice that takes out a subscription.
2. Services
Traucare provides the Service as SaaS, including maintenance and security updates. Functionality may be extended; existing features will not be removed without prior notice.
3. Subscription & pricing
Prices exclude VAT and are invoiced monthly via SEPA direct debit or iDEAL. The base plan covers up to 5 users; additional users are added per month.
4. Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled monthly. After cancellation you can export your data; the data is then deleted in accordance with the retention periods.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability and publish our status at status.traucare.nl. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
6. Liability
Traucare's liability is limited as further set out in the final terms. Traucare is not liable for improper use of the Service by the Customer.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.
